SweetPuff's First Ever Contest!!!

Konnichiwa SweetPuffs!! It is me, Miss Pink SweetPuff..updating.
lawls..im really really that i dont update that much in here..anyway,. i just wanted to tell you guys..that..THANKS a bunch. because you guys are always active and i almost see a new tag in the chatbox everyday...ARIGATOU GOZAIMASU. thanks so much.
anyway, we have a lot of sweetpuffs already and im so thanksful to that...
NOTE: as soon as the names are all unavailable, slots for application in this club would be closed, or we have to kick out inactive members, to give way to some of those who are willing to be...A SWEETPUFF..so be active now, okay??

anyway...as a celebration of success for this club, i would establish sweetpuff's first ever contest! yes..you read that right.a contest..with sweet and yummy prizes. yay! Since our number is enough to have many participants. PLS....participate okay? Its ur duty as a sweetpuff member, to participate in these events. okay? i should at least have 10 people to participate because hello!? we are about to reach 20 or maybe we are above 2o..and 3-4 participants is a no-no. SO PLSS..PARTICIPATE. just try..theres no harm in trying.

anyway, lemme start now, so PLS READ THE REQUIREMENTS AND RULES.ok?

BANNER-MAKING CONTEST.
IM WARNING YOU, THIS NEEDED AN INTENSE READING HERE.

Requirements:
-an active blog
-must be a member in sweetpuff club
-must know how to make graphics or at least wordings on graphics
-the owner of the club must be in their affiliates/links/friends list.

1. Make a banner(the size depends on you).
2.You should follow the theme given, and the limits mentioned.

Note: It should be really kawaii, no color requirement, but it should be pleasing in the eye. Animation is optional, but no added points if animated.

3. upload ur banner and give the direct link/url to me.
4. fill in the form with the required data.
5. Registration would start june 10-june 20
6. Voting/Judging/Display of entries would be on june 21-june 27
7. Announcement of winner would be on june 28.

If the winner is a blogspot user, this is how it would look like,
complete with div positions, and neat boxes. Imagemapped,favicon(optional)
never been used(brand new, newly created). High quality images. But the contents seen
there, like my cbox, and widgets not included. Looks nice in all browsers.

If the winner is a wordpress user, this is how it would look like.
Scrolling content and sidebar box. Imagemapped. FTP codes fixed.
Neat and positioned div. Kawaii pixel icons and bullets. Favicon(optional).
Never been used. High quality images. but contents seen in there not
included like cbox, pictures, music player and etc.

with animation..and can be in korean, japanese or english.
the text to be written is up to you. I may translate in those three language.
